Steel Toes This image was created entirely from scratch in Painter using Artist's oils and conte tools.
The original concept was to juxtapose a common vice on a highly inteligent and pristine machine.
I sent the image to the editors of Canadian Technician Magazine (www.canadiantechnician.com,) who suggested that with some minor changes, it could be a cover image. The resulting companion piece is slated to appear on the cover of that magazine Nov/05.
