Sea Queen i originally painted this piece for a speed painting practice,it turns out pretty nice even as a speedy,so i decided to complete it for the folio.this is a fantasy character(the ruler of the sea, base on a random title from the speed painting session,spend about 8 to 9 hours cleaning up and retouching,completely painted in ps.
