Phoenix Empress #Copied from entryID 90639# This is a character from a story I have been developing since graduate school. Her name is Taka. Also known as the Phoenix Empress. Basically, I just tried to make the outfit as elaborate as I could. I chose an almost monochromatic color scheme for the skin to reflect her insensate characteristics and her rigorous rein over the land.
