What is Ballistic's refund poilcy
Subject to circumstances we may offer refunds prior to shipment. Once an order has been shipped, the sale is final and no refund will be given, unless the goods are faulty.
Can I have the tracking number for my shipment?
We offer a range of shipping options in our on-line checkout. If Express Shipping is selected you will have access to a tracking number. If Standard shipping is selected, the order will be sent via airmail and will not have a tracking number.
How much will shipping be?
There are many variables involved in working out the shipping cost, including which books, where they are going, and how they are going. The shipping cost is calculated and displayed during the checkout process, before the credit card details are entered. 
Will there be any customs charges/duties?
When ordering from ballisticpublishing.com, you are considered the ‘Importer of Record’ and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods. You may need to pay to customs clearance fees, import duties and taxes, charged by your country once the shipment reaches you. Ballistic Media has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary from country to country. We recommend you contact your local customs office for further information. 
My book is faulty or was damaged in shipment. What do I do?
Email a picture of the problem to info@ballisticpublishing.com and we will arrange a replacement. 
I have emailed Ballistic and not received a reply. Why not?
Emails to us are answered within one working day. If you have not had a response, the most likely cause is your SPAM detection/blocking software. It is difficult to answer queries about shipments without using words like “order” which are often detected as SPAM. If your query has not been answered within one working day, email again and we will try and answer using different words. 
How can I tell what is happening with my order?
Go to ballisticpublishing.com/store/yourorder.php and enter the email address you used when placing the order, and the order number. 
I don’t have a credit card. Are alternative payment methods available?
Ballistic Publishing also accepts paypal, cheques, money orders and telegraphic transfers. Email info@ballisticpublishing.com for more details.  
What is a slipcase book?
All d'artiste and ESSENCE soft covers come in a high-quality protective cardboard box called a slipcase.
How can I submit my work for consideration to Ballistic Publishing?
We are currently seeking authors and industry colleagues interested in writing books that fit in with our vision and mission. If you are producing a CG book and feel you share the same ideals as us, email Ronnie Gramazio, Managing Editor. Email: ronnie@ballisticmedia.net, Ballistic Publishing also regularly calls for entries of digital art for inclusion in books. 
I need a printed receipt for my records and/or for customs clearance.
